As you’d probably expect, this is the largest portion of the page. Writing is my principal talent and my first love. I’ve been told I’m pretty good at it, but I’ll let you judge for yourselves.
Unless I say otherwise under the notes, all these stories have at least one TF in them. Saying more than that would take away some of the fun. Before someone asks, no, I won’t send you a version with just the TF.
In the near future, several of these stories and newer stories will be collaborative, illustrated efforts between Slayde Vasiere and myself. Stay tuned.
Short Stories
Achieving Utopia: (ADULT) A story of loss and gain, of love and lust, and how they all sometimes intertwine.
Author’s note: Another commissioned story. By the way, there is no V1 of the story. I labeled it V2 since I changed names to retain posting rights.
Bonds: (ADULT) Commissioned by Joel Herrera. Animal mating seems like it'd be easier than human dating. Wrong.
Booking Evolution: Imagine you’re an owner and promoter of the hottest new wrestling promotion around. Your first ever Pay-Per-View, the one event that will make or break you, is just days away. Now you find out that your breakout star is a werewolf. And you thought Vinnie Mac had backstage problems...
Author’s note: This was the work that really brought me actively into the TF community. It’s dated now, as wrestling fans will note, but I’m still quite proud of it.
Catfighting: (ADULT) A Commission for Shawna. This came at the end of a long battle with writer's block. I'm reasonably happy with how it turned out.
The Ebonwood Treatise: There's a razor thin line between victim and vanquisher.
Author's note: Anonymous commission. This broke my writer's block (for a little while, at least) and was a lot of fun to write.
NEW The Fleshquest: One ghoul's search for food dooms a world to an eternity of torment.
Author's note: A story for my friend's Convergence RPG, explaining the origins of undead in the universe. This will eventually see print in a collection of stories set in the Convergence universe.
Human Resources: Use, abuse, discard. A hitman learns the rules in dramatic fashion.
Author’s note: This was written for a college class in writing Sci-Fi. I feel it’s my only salvageable work from the semester, but I’m proud of it nonetheless.
Identities: Most of the Internet community hide themselves behind their screen name. Some of them hide a lot more than that...
Author’s note: This was originally written for Doc’s Writer’s Exchange a couple of years ago. A bunch of writers came together, and were given another author to transform into a random creature. Most of the author’s never finished their work, so this hasn’t seen the light of day until now. I was given Damned One, and the animal in question...well, read and see.
Lunatic’s Love: This was written for ever-present werewolf artist Sarah Conrad as a thank-you gift for giving space on her website to my earliest stories. Several years later, and here I am. Thanks, Sarah, always.
The Most Sensitive Palate: Being born differently means experiencing things differently. What the young girl in this story can detect, a human would find bitter indeed.
Author’s note: No actual TF here. Not so much a full story as a quick experiment in relaying imagery through a single sense (in this case, taste). I wrote it in about an hour and a half, and felt satisfied enough with it. It reminds me a bit of Stephen King’s darker styles, though maybe I shouldn’t flatter myself.
The Perfectionist: Can obsessions be truly enjoyed?
Author’s note: I consider this semi-autobiographical, as my creative ego and general A.R. nature sometimes get this over the top.
Remember Me, for the First Time: (ADULT) A couple out of passion rediscovers themselves and each other, while experiencing a power mysterious and amazing...
Author’s note: This sprang from a commission by my good friend Mare Vir. I consider it one of my best works, and a pure joy to have written.
The Sacrificial: (ADULT) Violet and Cecilia claim their first conquest.
Author's note: A follow-up of sorts to The Ebonwood Treatise. Partially blowing off some pent-up steam, partially doing some character establishment.
Terms and Conditions: (ADULT) Even when you get what you want, the fine print gets more fine.
Author's note: Commissioned by Kweezil. I really enjoyed this one.
There's One In Every Generation: Transformations are never, ever predictable.
Author's note: Commissioned by Kweezil. This turned out not well at all, and much too short. It is what it is, but I still feel bad about it.
Uniquely Bonded: (ADULT) When fate makes you into what it wants, take fate into your own hands.
Author’s note: Not much to say on this one. It is what it is.
NEW Various States Of Repair: A wounded soldier in a strange world has little time to adjust to new powers, and new enemies.
Author's note: The second story done for my friend's RPG, Convergence. The story involves several or the RPG elements, and is meant to be an intro of sorts to Bridgers and The Metal Men. This will eventually see print in a collection of stories set in the Convergence universe.
We Need To Talk: Rule #1 of relationship maintenance: Don’t keep secrets from your significant other.
Author’s note: I’ve never had good luck with romance. Maybe this is just my way of getting back at Cupid for shooting me in the ass so many times. Aside from romance bashing, this was also an experiment in writing with all dialogue.
Obviously, the characters here are used without permission, and are the property of their respective owners. Still, I did these out of fur, so I’m posting them in the same spirit.
Allegiances: In the realm of Outworld, Sonya Blade finds herself with a new form, against an old foe.
Author’s note: Entered in Stonegate’s second contest, but withdrawn after the first prize never came through. I didn’t waste much time on fanfics after that.
Dark Streets: The worlds of Street Fighter and Darkstalkers collide.
Author’s note: Entered in a Stonegate Shadowlord contest, and won 2nd place. Never received my prize, though. Plus: Check out Arania's website for a special, completely unintended sequence of Chun-Li's aftermath.
The Fate of the Unwary: Maria Renard learns a valuable lesson about hunting vampires in Castlevania: One wrong move can change what you hunt.
Author’s note: Another entry from the first contest that didn’t place. Also, this is one of the few detailed vampire TF stories I’ve seen.
Twisted Metal: Black Universe: The following are fanfics written under the pseudonym of Warhammer for the Twisted Metal Alliance. I’m collecting them here largely for completion’s sake. The Twister fic is the only one with a TF in it.
For those who haven’t played the Sony Playstation series, Twisted Metal is a vehicular combat contest, normally held each year on Christmas Eve. Contestants may use whatever vehicle they like. The host of the contest is Calypso, a scarred and mystical figure, who happens to be #2 on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List. He promises the winner of the contest one prize of their choosing, whatever it may be; size, cost, and reality are no objects.
Jackal: Ernie Carton is used to toiling for nothing. Now, he intends to get what’s coming to him...
Monarch: An overthrown millionaire redefines “blood money.”
Twister: A fallen racecar driver fights for the right to race once more...but not for her.
Author’s note: Contains TF content. Featuring Twister, the formula one racer from TM 2.
Valkyrie: Alexia Barringer knows Ragnarok, the Norse Armageddon, is approaching. All she needs is a worthy challenger to prove she belongs at Odin’s side in the final conflict...
Warhammer: A father’s grief knows no boundaries...including murder.
Water Moccasin: Krista Sparks won’t be good, not because the police want her to be. Her father wouldn’t approve of that...
Author’s note: Featuring Krista Sparks, driver of the Grasshopper dune buggy in TM 2. She was revealed to be Calypso’s lost daughter.
Collaborations
The First Satyress: (ADULT) Written to go along with a commission Arania did for me. I love the story, and I love the art even more. Her E-Mail link's at the bottom of the page; thank her some more for me, will ya?
Wolf Lake: This has nothing to do with the TV show of the same name, before anyone asks. Originally a series of threads from Choose Your Own Change (see Online Contributions for more details), I've collected Sarah Conrad's and my work together in novella format. I've taken out the ID tags in the chapters for simplicity's sake, and provided links to what I feel are the thre major divisions of the work. Enjoy.
E-Mail me and let me know what you thought of these creations o’mine.
